INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE --- 1/2 CUP PINEAPPLE JUICE, 1/2 CUP WATER. 2 TSP. CORNSTARCH, 1TSP.SALT AND 1/2 TSP. GROUND WHITE PEPPER. COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL THEN MIX UNTIL FULLY DISSOLVED. POUR MIXTURE IN A PAN WHERE HAMONADO WAS COOKED THEN ALLOW TO BOIL UNTIL THICK STIRRING CONSTANTLY TO AVOID LUMPS. TRANSFER SAUCE ON A SERVING CUP THEN SERVE OR POUR SAUCE OVER THE SLICED HAMONADO.
